Groupthink . . . Why do groups sometimes make the wrong choices even when clear evidence points the other way? This compelling video illustrates how well-intentioned groups can make bad decisions and shows how avoiding groupthink requires individual and team accountability.

Monday Schedule - 2008/09
The Monday schedule of activities planned for the academic year is below. You will note that most of these are actually planned for faculty; however, information is also provided on the President's Convocation, HLC Activities, New Faculty Orientation, etc.
Training Calendar
The Human Resources Department has developed a master training calendar to identify and schedule training needs for staff and faculty. This includes required training, common training, and some professional development. The calendar will be updated as new training modules are developed and ready for delivery.
